If you have been dreaming of a trophy buck, this is your deer preserve hunt. The coveted Ohio whitetail deer lives inside this unique 3 mile boundary of wooded lots and beautiful open meadows. These deer are used to roaming freely over this entire area and they know all the hiding places. That means a challenging and exciting hunting experience for you. But rest assured, you will see numerous deer on your hunt, including whitetail bucks over 200”, providing many opportunities to harvest the trophy buck of your dreams.

You will have your own guide during your hunt who will assist you throughout your adventure. Your guide will make your hunt an enjoyable experience that you will remember for years to come. On your hunt you will have your choice of weapons including archery, muzzleloader, shotgun, or rifle.

Bow Hunting
Bowhunting Ohio whitetail deer at Starkey Hollow Whitetails can be one of the most exhilarating experiences an outdoorsman can have. You will be out in the woods during some of the prettiest times in the year, when the leaves are changing and the weather is still nice and warm.
Here, the bow hunter has nearly four full months to pursue that trophy; with the rut typically running from the last week of October through the latter part of November.
You will have access to our game from our elevated platforms, strategically located so the deer can’t see you and your scent is more dissipated.


Gun Hunting

At Starkey Hollow Whitetails the gun hunter has 1 to 3 days to collect that perfect deer with a choice of shotgun, rifle and certian handguns.

All gun hunts are conducted to suit each hunter’s preference.

  


Hunting Packages Policy (Applies to all packages)

    •    $500 deposit is required to book a hunt.
    •    Deposits are non-refundable.
    •    Balance is due upon completion of hunt by cashier's check, money order or cash.
    •    All state and local laws must be followed at all times.
    •    Fees include; license, tags, 5 Star lodging, meals, guide service, preparation of your trophy for taxidermy, and airport pickup from (Columbus or Akron Airport).
